Yesterday, we were wrapping up a year that was extremely transformative on all levels, a year that pushed us to the edges. We were influenced by the frequency of the number 8 (2+2+4) and karmic cycle endings. Like the number 8 drawing, we experienced the highs and hit the bottom, a year that felt like a long episode of survival.
While we felt fairly exhausted, we also welcomed a rebirth of a dark moon in Capricorn, a day before the Gregorian year ended. A dark moon is when we have two new moons in the same month, giving yin energy, doubling that energy of going within, resting, entering the womb, solidarity, darkness, and tiredness.

I personally feel as if the matrix and the mainstream are putting so much pressure on the Gregorian new year, with all the new year resolutions that barely last a whole month into the "new year" and give us the feeling of a complete failure.
